Well, shit.  That escalated quick.

It’s funny how that works, eh?  The change of tone from the CEO of United Airlines after a few days when the market adjusted the United Airlines’ market value.  It hasn’t been a good year for the airline with bad PR after bad PR.  The CEO was given the ‘Communicator of the Year’ award and he’s definitely using the skills that got him the award to change his tune on the Dr. David Dao situation.
